NJ Drivers License for Temporary Visa Holders

The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission has tripled the number of locations in which customers with temporary visas can renew or apply for a driver license. There are eight additional locations available for non-US citizens seeking Temporary Visa Restriction driver licenses. In addition to Wayne, West Deptford, Trenton, Eatontown, aliens can obtain driver's licenses at North Bergen, Edison, Elizabeth, Freehold, Jersey City, Lodi, South Plainfield and Toms River. Within six months, MVC estimates that all 45 motor vehicle agencies will be able to handle such transactions.
