USCIS Announces Only Full Frontal Photos to be Accepted After September 1, 2004

The USCIS Press Release advises that USCIS will accept both three-quarter and full color frontal photographs until 9/1/04, after which only full frontal color will be accepted. Applications previously submitted with color photos with the three-quarter standard will not be affected by this change.
